Looking to hire a hall in Wentworthville? Our modern hall is available for casual party hire or weekly hire to community groups. It is carpeted, with some areas of polished wooden floor, and is suitable for dance and fitness classes, functions, seminars and conferences. It can accommodate up to 130 people in theatre style, or 120 for dining.

The Heritage Church is currently not available for hire due to renovations.

$100 per hour, includes site manager to open and close. (Discounts available for ongoing bookings or church members)

Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Use:

1.       The lessee agrees:

2.       To keep noise at a reasonable level, respecting that the premises are in a residential area.

3.       To vacate the hall by the end of the booked time (please allow enough time to clean up).

4.       Not to fix or stick anything to the walls or windows without prior approval.

5.       To ensure that any use of alcohol complies with the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW), and alcohol is not left on the premises.

6.       To pay for any breakages or damage caused.

7.       That failure to adequately clean the premises will result in forfeiting the bond.

8.       To indemnify the lessor, Carlingford and Wentworthville Presbyterian Church, unconditionally against any loss, injury or damage arising from this agreement or the lesseeā€™s use of the premises.

9.       To leave the premises in a clean and tidy state, namely:

* To not leave any food or rubbish on the premises.  

* Cleaning and stacking any chairs and tables which have been used.

* To sweep all floors before leaving; any liquid spills are to be mopped up. 

* Where the kitchen has been used, benches are to be wiped down, all crockery and cutlery to be washed and put away, and the floor mopped.
